## How to change your shipping details
1. Go to the "Select products and shipping" section of your Creator Portal.
2. Click on the _Shipping details incorrect?_ link at the bottom of the shipping info.

3. You’ll be taken back to the page where you originally submitted your address.
4. Update your shipping address and/or mobile number as needed.
5. Confirm and save your changes.

Q: I only made a small typo — do I still need to correct it?
Yes. Even a small typo (like a wrong postal code or apartment number) can result in failed delivery. Better safe than sorry!
Q: Can I change the address to a completely new location?
Yes, as long as the package hasn’t already shipped. If it has, contact your campaign manager immediately to see what’s possible.
Q: How do I know if it’s too late to update my address?
If your product is marked as "Awaiting shipment," you can still make changes. Once it’s marked as "Shipped," changes may not be possible without contacting support.
