When you upload an asset for review in KYRA’s Creator Portal, our system immediately kicks off an automated review powered by AI.
Here’s how it works.
---
## Step-by-step: What the AI checks
1. Frame-by-frame video analysis
As soon as your video is uploaded, our AI scans each frame. It generates a detailed description of what’s happening visually in your video.
2. Content vs. brief comparison
These frame-by-frame insights are then summarized and compared against the content requirements in your brief. This helps us check how closely your content follows the brief.
3. Sound check
The system reviews the audio track you used. It checks whether the sound contains any copyrighted or licensed material.
4. Caption review
The caption you enter is reviewed and compared with the caption guidelines from the brief to ensure alignment.
5. AI feedback score
With all that data (video, sound, caption), our system gives your asset a score and a breakdown of how it performed across different criteria.

## What this feedback means
|||
This AI review is not an official round of feedback.
|||
You are not obligated to reshoot your content based on the AI score. It’s meant to spark quick thinking and help you decide whether you want to improve or update your submission before a final review.
If the feedback suggests a mismatch, you might choose to:
* Reshoot the video
* Edit or trim some frames
* Adjust the sound or caption
But that’s totally up to you. If you believe your asset fits the brief, go ahead and submit it anyway — there’s always a way to bypass the AI suggestions.
---
## Tips for a smoother approval
| Following the AI suggestions increases the chance of first-time approval. |
* Use the feedback to improve your chances.
* Check the brief again before final submission.
* If you’re confident your content matches the brief, trust your creative instincts.
