## Step-by-step instructions
1. Go to the Brief
* Start by opening the relevant brief from your dashboard.
2. Navigate to the Tasks Page
Inside the brief, head over to the *Tasks** section.
3. Click on ‘Submit Asset’
Find the task related to asset submission and select *Submit Asset**.
4. Upload your content
* On the submission page, you will see options to upload your content:
* Thumbnail – Upload a thumbnail if applicable.
* Video – Upload your Instagram Reel (max. file size 1GB).
5. Add sound URL
Paste the URL of the *royalty-free background music** used in your video.
* Make sure it aligns with the brand’s energetic and positive tone.
6. Write your caption
* Include the required mentions and hashtags (e.g. #FindYourSanity, #add, @Sanity).
* The sample caption shown is only an example—follow any custom instructions from your brief.
7. Submit for review
Click the *Upload and review** button.
* Our AI will do an initial check to ensure your asset matches the brief’s requirements.
