If your asset was rejected after submission, don't worry! Here's how to handle it step by step.

## You’ll get an email notification
As soon as your asset is reviewed, you’ll receive an email letting you know the result. If it’s rejected, the email will include the reason why — for example: "too fancy make simple".

## Where to find the task
1. Go to the [KYRA Creator Portal](https://creator.kyra.com).
2. On the Home page or under the Brief → Tasks section, look for a task marked as Action needed.
3. You’ll see a task labeled “Submit asset for review”. Click "view" to open it.

## How to resubmit your asset
Inside the task:
You’ll see the *reason for rejection** on the left side.
You can now upload a *new video file**.
Paste the *URL for the sound** used (make sure it follows the brand tone and copyright rules).
Enter your *updated caption**.

Once you've made the updates, click to submit your revised asset for another review.
