## How to find your tracking code
1. Email notification
After the product is shipped, KYRA will send you an email confirming the dispatch. This email includes:
* The courier name (e.g., DHL)
Your *tracking code**
* A reminder to confirm when you expect to receive the item

2. Inside the Creator Portal
On your Home page or Brief Tasks page, you’ll see a red label saying Action needed.
Click the "Mark products as received" task to open the shipping details.

3. View tracking inside the task
When you open the task, you’ll see the full shipping address and product information along with:
* Courier name
* Tracking code

## What to do next
* Copy your tracking code and paste it into your preferred tracking app or visit the courier’s website (like DHL).
* The courier will also send you an SMS when your delivery is on the way.
Once the product arrives, go back into the portal and click *"Mark as received"** to confirm delivery.

## FAQ
Q: I didn’t receive an email with the tracking code. What should I do?
A: Check your spam folder or log in to the Creator Portal and open the task to find the tracking code.
Q: My tracking code isn’t working.
A: Sometimes it takes a few hours for the courier to activate the code. Try again later or contact KYRA support if it still doesn’t work.
Q: I received the product but forgot to mark it as received.
A: Just go back to the same task in the portal and click "Mark as received".
